Information We Collect

Our public audit request form collects only the business contact information required for EPIC to respond: your full name, organization email address, and mobile number. We do not ask you to enter donor records, beneficiary information, patient information, student information, information about minors, protected health information, case-management details, financial-account information, Social Security numbers, or sensitive program-participant information.

How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to contact you about your audit request by phone, email, or text, and to assess whether EPIC can strengthen the digital path between supporter intent and meaningful action for your organization. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure non-personally-identifiable aggregate traffic and engagement metrics. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or form-message content to Google Analytics.
